Full-stack designer and frontend developer
I'm Gabriel Barbera, a full-stack designer and developer based in Andorra. For the past 15+ years, I've been building websites, UX systems, and digital products for startups, funds, and technology companies across markets like trading, payments, digital identity, and SaaS.
I run Webminter Ventures, a hybrid venture studio and product partner. There, I design and build digital ventures, from identity and capital markets to investor relations and AI tools, and help ambitious teams turn vague ideas into launchable products.
I'm also the co-founder of RitualOS, a symbolic internet platform that blends mythology, identity, and game mechanics into an XP-based experience layer with soulbound NFTs, quizzes, dashboards, and collectible identity cards. I designed the brand, UX, and front-end architecture using Vue, Tailwind, Airtable, and Netlify.
I'm most useful where design, storytelling, and engineering overlap: translating complex products into clear interfaces, scalable frontends, and launch assets that actually move the roadmap forward.
How I work
I think in roadmaps, not one-off pages. Every page, flow, and asset should tie back to real goals: conversion, fundraising, adoption, or UX debt reduction.
Design → prototype → build → ship. I prefer tight, direct feedback loops with founders over long "big reveal" projects.
I care about runway, CAC, LTV, and go-to-market. I've shipped for teams raising capital, launching funds, and testing new products in live markets.
Most of my work sits in SaaS, fintech, Web3, identity, and capital markets, trading platforms, payment rails, IR infrastructure, and identity workflows.
